Normally I update regularly via OTA I'm in UK on 02 last update I done was January I received a notification that a February update was available so I process to update while it was download it stated there a Network issue which which I thought was strange as this hasn't happened before I powered off the phone for 10 min powered on went to update and it states I have latest update and no update are available now after looking at the firmware it show EUX which is strange has I thought it was meant to be BTU so now I can't get any update via OTA how do I fix this issue
The last update was January via OTA how did it change to EUX if I was on BTU
