Samsung S22 plus exynos stuttering

One UI 5 didn't fix anything. I did factory reset 3 times,no use. 

This phone is a joke

£949 for a laggy phone

Have you tried enabling Developer Options in your phone settings, then speed the system up by reducing animations?
I use the A53 5G and it flies with no stutter or lag.

The only app I see some stutter when scrolling is the Twitter App.

The rest of my apps appear fine as well is the general performance of the phone.

I tried everything. Samsung removed force 120hz option from developer options after updating to android 13
