I am truly hating this mobile, it lags so badly 

Everything keeps freezing, just trying to write this is taking ages because it lags 

I've tried restarting it but it's still a problem, I've deleted so many apps and pictures but it still lags 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What have you tried to do to remedy the problem other than restarting it.
Noticed on one of your other posts someone mentioned clearing the Partition Cache. Have you tried this?

Do you use any third party themes or apps to change icons etc?
Sometimes these can cause performance issues with phones.
Especially if you downloaded from another app supplier other that Google Play.

You would probably benefit from the cleaning of the Partition Cache
It's a quick simple process that can help a lot
Failing this, it's probably an app or Theme issue

Wiping cache partition fixes some of the bugs and improve performance by removing unwanted cache files.

Turn off your phone.

Connect your phone with a USB cable
to PC or another Samsung mobile

You will see the charging icon on your screen.
Wait till it shows charging with battery percentage.

Next, press and hold the Volume up and Side key simultaneously.
You can press the volume up button just before the Side key.
The Samsung Logo followed by
Samsung Galaxy appears on the
screen.

At this point, release the keys
Phone will boot into Android Recovery mode

In Android recovery mode, using Volume keys, choose "Wipe Cache
Partition" .

Then press Side Key to Confirm by selecting "Yes" and then press Side Key

You get "cache wipe complete" at the
bottom of the screen
Restart the phone to complete the
process

I'm getting the same lagging/freezing when I'm typing. Only this past week though, which is strange (around the time I bought my phone 3 years ago!) Currently using a Samsung A51. Will try the partition cache cleaning...
