if you’ve been actively using the Continuity service, it’s normal for power consumption to be high. The service requires a lot of energy, as it involves a constant exchange of large amounts of data.
However, if you haven’t used the app, then the situation is unusual.
Have you already tried clearing the data and cache memory of the process? Here's how:
> Settings
> Apps
> Continuity Service
> Storage
> Clear data

in this case, it could be a system anomaly.
In order to correct system errors, I recommend backing up your personal data and resetting your phone.
To perform the backup, I recommend using Smart Switch. Remember that the data will be deleted.
