S22+ very slow and bad 4G/5G(Exynos)

Hello people of the Samsumg community,

I bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy S22+ 4 days ago and it is performing really bad. I cannot play simple games like Pokemon Go and Clash of Clans on it because it heats up after 5 minutes of normal use. I tried clearing cache and reset system settings but it does not work. I updated to the latest update but the software is also really laggy, swiping down the control menu seems like 30 fps. Also the internet connection(4G/5G) is really slow compared to my old Oneplus 8 pro. Is there any way to fix this or will it be fixed via updates? Or is it €1100 down the drain? In this state I really regret buying this device!

If the phones not working as you expect and you've done the usual stuff to fix it take or send it back for a refund if its only 4 days old.

Ok so these problems are not getting fixed with updates? If they will not be fixed I will refund it. Thanks!

Who knows if your particular issues will be fixed by updates the S22 range has had 3 or 4 updates now and the S22 range has been out 3 or 4 months so you'd assume things should be stable by now.

Hello,

I found a fix for all my problems, I put the proccesing speed at maximum and tested it for a few hours with heavy use and some less heavy use. Seemed to fix my slow mobile data, weird lag in not that heavy games and slow software!

You know when I had my galaxy s20 back in the day it was the same until September or October everything got fixed and now especially as I've heard the new one UI would be much more smooth and faster and better optimized
