Did a trade in for s22 for my s21 now sansung are asking for £75 .

Because of screen burn 

Anyone had the same issue?

No phone was perfect condition

I have had others post that problem, just make sure that is your phone. Others had phones that wasn't theirs

I always take pictures of all my phones on and off so I can prove its was prestine

Also pay extra, with insurance to protect my self
