S22 ultra settings

Hi all. Have recently bought the s22 Ultra and having a hard time getting it set up. The settings on the phone are very basic I cannot customise this at all I cannot change my display from light to dark. I cannot change my resolution. And can't search for any added settings like side key features. Is there something I can do to get access to these settings?

To go through all the settings to setup the phone how you want will take a lot of writing.
Do you have a Samsung Experience Store near you.
It would be a great place to get all the help you need and show you things you don't know.
