I have just changed my old S9 plus to S22 ultra. First thing I noticed was that the color saturation was a little bit less than my pevious phone even in vivid mode and photos taken with older samsung phones are more alive. I tried to perdonalize color in accessiblity menu but without much improvement. Does anybody else have noticed that?

Going into display in settings and selecting vivid setting. You can go into advanced and up the saturation of the colours more.
The trend for more muted colours on photos really is down to the complaints from people and reviews that the colours were too over saturated and people wanted more realistic colours
The phones have a decent editing suite that you can adjust the colours to how you prefer them in your photos.
For me I think the vivid setting is too boosted in colours and I prefer the natural colours
But coming from an older Samsung, I can see why you say the colours are more muted. But you soon get used to it

Thanks for you answer. First I thought the problem was about my phone , but if you say so , they have muted the colors in new phones. I personally like the saturated colors ,and  vivid does not fulfil that and I like the previous screens more. Hope they make an option in later updates for people who like more saturation.

Like I say in the screen setting, the vivid selection, you can adjust and still boost the screen colours

well the only thing that you can change in the advance setting of the vivid option is white ballance and color saturation can not be changed there. Thanks for your response
