My phone is not downloading the update. Is entering in download mode and is freezing

Ahhh, it would be best over WiFi. I installed the update yesterday over WiFi no issues.

Are you able to use WiFi anywhere?

Close down the update and clear the phone's system cache partition and then try again @nicookie

Thanks mate. I was having the same issue. Mine is now downloading via data aswell. So weird its not working over WIFI.
