Just received this month's update for my S22 ultra was almost 2GB size coz mine came with One UI 5.1 as didn't want get that when first offered to phone now it's with this month's update hopefully fixed bugs for it what users have been experiencing.
You must have had a couple of updates together as iv'e just the March software update this morning for my S22ultra and it's half the size you were quoting, 347.12 mb was mine. You Eventually catch up with the ones you choose not to update.
Every update that's been available for it been fine for me haven't had any problems or issues etc with my S22 Ultra it's been working way should since I got it on day came available.
