If you feel the phone isn't charging as jt should then if using other official Samsung Fast Charging Bricks and certified Samsung Data Cords is not helping then run a diagnostic via your Samsung Members App and check by using a torch the phone's usb-c port to ensure there's no foreign debris inside.
If none and the phone hasn't had an accidental bump and no water damage then have a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store take a look to run a diagnostic.
