S22 Ultra Exynos - Bluetooth phone in car though phone not car

I had to reset my S22 due to battery issues, since then my phone will connect to the car head unit but 95% of the time any phone calls will not come through the head unit.

I get a brief 1 second pop up and green answer message on the car.  then it disappears and all I can see is the incoming call but cannot answer, or if I can the sound and microphone through the phone which is in my pocket.

I have forgotten bluetooth connection between the phone and the car and reset network settings but problem persists.  If I reboot the phone but do not log into it it appears to work but logging into the phone causes it to break

I'm having same issue. My S22 Ultra connects to my car via Bluetooth. I can receive 1 call, then everything after that goes through the phone and not through the car until I've restarted the phone. Pain in the .......
