I received a security update for my S22 Ultra and it broke the online payments feature... It says that device is not certified.

You have two options. First is to wait for next update which should come out soon. Second option is factory reset phone, but I can't guarantee that it will help.

On S23 Ultra factory reset doesn't work and it's impossible to downgrade the firmware since the latest update has SW REV 3 and the ones with proper functionality have SW REV 1
