S22 ultra charge via laptop

Hello,

When I plug my S22 into my laptop via both their USB-C ports, it initially starts fast charging but then jumps to "slow charging" after less than a minute. Is there a way to prevent this and keep it fast charging? Galaxy S22 Ultra

That's transfer speeds not voltage, PD only does normal charging not 35w or 45w like a Samsung charger
