Looks like they found the problem! Just got a shipping message - YAY! - I wonder if they only swapped the camera or if they are sending me a new phone. Either way, it was shipped back to me today! Fingers crossed that's the end of the story.

... its now resetting itself whilst just sat on its own without using it. What a bag of s***e.

This is not working for me. It just keeps restarting the phone.

Obviously, more than one person has this issue so I'd expect Samsung to come out with the statement if this is a software or a hardware issue, so we know if we need to return the phone or wait for the update!
