S22 Ultra Bluetooth music chopping in car

When I'm playing music on my S22 Ultra from YT music and Spotify etc through my car Bluetooth connection the music regularly chops and stutters ...

Seems a common issue and I've tried most recommended fixes with reboots and reset network settings etc though unable to clear Bluetooth cache as it remains greyed out ..

Any help please ?

Have a look at battery settings for each of the apps and if they are set to optimised or not. I had it with Spotify where it was hit and miss but changing battery settings sorted it.
