I have a had my s22 ultra for a couple days now. Most apps seem to work fine, but for some reason something is seriously wrong with bluetooth. All my bluetooth devices keep disconnecting and my phone crashes sometimes as well. I have tried everything that I can find. I have reset the network settings as well as all settings. I have deleted cache memory and whatnot, eventually I just factory reset my phone. All for nothing, bluetooth is incredibly broken. Is there anything I can try, or will there be an update?

Thanks for the response. To be more specific, it's my bluetooth headphones, earbuds an speakers. They disconnect regularly within a minute or so. I have no case on my phone and the devices lose connection even when they are on top of my phone/next to (I just checked)

Bluetooth headphones, earbuds and speaker. Sometimes after the connection is lost, the phone just reboots

Contact support via Samsung members app. Let them have a go

I have contacted samsung. They suggest to contact my provider (t-mobile). So not much help. I have found that many people suffer similar issues and that even replacing their phone was of no help, so I'm not impressed. Comming from a huawei, this is a serious dissapointment. Given the price point of the phone I find this rediculous.

No worries, I greatly appreciate any help. When setting up the phone I specifically unchecked any tmobile software installs. Seems like something tmobile related app installed itself anyway (called "app starter"). I disabled it, hopefully that helps.
