S22 Software Update Discussion

Has anyone been having any issues lately with the recent software update? I would like to know, in case I make a mistake in updating my device. Cheers guys.

Updated mine yesterday. Can't say I've had any issues at all here 🙂

I did, after updating my phone when starting each time I would get a notification to unlock my secure folder in order for my apps to receive notications. I got to the stage were I just uninstalled it to stop the notications each time showing everytime I restarted my phone. I didn't have much in it anyway just a single video and nothing else. I may reinstall the app at a later date if they sort out this bug.

I have updated my S22 Ultra, I like being able to stack widgets on home screen. Some have noticed that fast charging is disabled on non Samsung chargers, I noticed this but the regular Samsung wall charger still fast charges. Also Google pay is disabled in the beta, this us an issue as some banks have stopped supporting Samsung pay for contactless payments so check this isn't an issue. Hope this helps

Update went well. Also got secure folder notification but it went away after login in. Not sure if it will reappear after restarting but even if does not an issue as I infrequently restart the phone

I updated my S22 Ultra (AVH9) and so far so good. I have not noticed anything extra. I have not tried the slow motion mode on the camera since the update which keeps changing recording speed randomly.

My battery will only fast charge not super fast charging since update

Updated S22 ultra. Secure folder notification, but battery life seems much better.

updated to ---avh9 on the 29/8/22 .  On the  30/8/22 lost connection to mobile carrier  with message to  No SIM present in SIM1 . I restarted and all has been OK so far.
