Hey still don't get any notification to enroll in the beta program. Does anyone know why?

Somone told me its due to if you buy the phone through a mobile service provider they have special software installed prohibiting enrollment

Maybe... i don't think ALL of them do this by default, but they MAY be able to do this. Not sure how or who does what, but 'may' be possible... ?
