S22 promblems WhatsApp make/receive calls

Hi, since two weeks I am owner of a S22 with 256MB. Am mostly happy with, but a current bug makes the device nearly useless for me: I cannot make nor receive voice/video calls in WhatsApp.

On receiving: I see the call incoming, it rings, i see the prompt "decline --- accept" . I click "accept" and the prompt remains visible and no communication is established. Behaviour is the same for both voice and video incoming calls. Happens with several different people, hence the fault is not "on the other side".

On making: I chose the phone icon (voice) or the cam icon (video) and it rings only once. No communication is established. Behaviour is the same for both voice and video incoming calls. Happens with several different people, hence the fault is not "on the other side".

Anyone facing this? Any solution?

No sorry my voice call was perfect today aswell video call. Have you tried clearing crèche? Have you also checked if whatsapp has new download?

It looks like a little internal error occurred there! We'd recommend clearing the cache for your phone and message applications! You can do this by heading to Settings > Apps > Relevant App > Storage > Clear Cache. 

Have you spoken to your network provider to see if there could be any blocks on your account?
