This is getting beyond ridiculous its been over 2 weeks since I have pre ordered the s22 and nothing has changed I got the online exclusive colour and no progress has changed it should not take this long

It's a 4 week wait for the exclusive colours.
But going on my pre order
Ordered February 9th
Still waiting. Supposed to be delivered 10th March. But nothing
No updates, no notifications. Nothing from Samsung
Don't bother calling them as you will be just wasting your life for nothing. As like with me, refuse to tell you anything about your order.
Atrocious customer support, and I’m not the only one that just gets fobbed off

My advice it's call them was the same for me but then i contact them and with in two days i received the delivery

You were lucky.
I'm assuming you didn't get the exclusive custon colour. These have all been delayed and for a lot like me don't now have a delivery date
Phoning them was just a complete waste of time
