s22 photos stretched and skewed

I just got s22, the photos are stretched at the sides. Faces of people standing just a bit off the centre (not even at the edge!) of the pictures stretched, skewed, absolutely horrible effect. In pictures taken horizontally everything looks fat, in pictures taken vertically too tall. In photos of scenery, like pictures of i.e tall church tower - perspective completely distorted, and if you want a picture of a person standing near tall building - the face also distorted, skewed. Can anyone recommend any solution?

Phone gallery.
And no, I checked with different settings and nothing changed, though if you have any particular settings I should try to reduce this effect I will be happy to hear the suggestions.

There is a similar thread in S21 series, seems it is a Samsung feature. I just can't understand good reviews of this camera, I don't care if my pictures are with good focus, light and fitting everything in the frame if all my close ones look like aliens on it!

You shouldn't be getting this sort of thing on the phone. My S22 Ultra was great with it's camera.
Do you have a protector over the cameras?

If you have a case fitted, if you remove the case. Does it still do this?

Maybe share a couple of photos to show us the problem

@Members_KD1o7Sz: Is this issue occurring for all lens options e.g. Wide, Ultra Wide, Telephoto? If you're able to provide a few sample photos, and let me know which modes and settings were active for each image, then this would be useful for the troubleshooting process.

I never had this issue when I had my s21U or s22U, got some amazing pictures from it

Maybe a faulty unit

This sort of effect happens with a wide angle lens. Try portrait mode.
