When you add US Cellular as a provider on an eSIM, the sim card manager menu option disappears. Tried to factory default the phone and could not do that. It would hang when I chose the option to also delete all mobile plans.
Samsung support had me send the phone in and replaced the mainboard.
Received phone back and immediately after adding US Cellular eSIM - same exact behavior.
US Cellular and Samsung are both pointing the finger at eachother.
