Rubbish camera on s22 ultra

Help!! I brought this phone because my friend had the same and his pics are amazing sadly mine are embarrassing bad when I try to take pics of my kids they just turn out blurry unless they are sat dead still and kids don't sit still!.what am I doing wrong I've tried all the settings cleaned the lenses reset camera phone is fully up to date

Download 'Camera Assistant ' app from.samsung store and you can increase the shutter speed.

Ideally you would want to take photos in much light as possible especially for moving subjects.
