Hi,

In March, I registered for the Disney+ offer (12 months for free with purchase of a S22). I took a screenshot which confirmed I had filled in the form to request the offer, and that it was being checked by the Samsung team. No code was given at this stage, as it was subject to Samsung review. I was expecting to hear whether I was approved by Samsung within 28 days but have not heard back.

Can you advise how I can get an update on this, given I have now used my EMEI code and do not have a offer code as Disney did not give one?

There is a similar post that has been marked as resolved falsely, so thought it would make sense to flag this to a moderator.

Hi,

I am (as many others) still waiting currently on day 33.

I would think @Kang7  was probably referencing the post that currently has 322 replies / 33 pages

 People are just being told to contact different departments within Samsung  that's if they get a reply at all and none of them are any help.

promotions wont deal with it because no one got a reference number  so they pass the buck back to @Sam_UK

Hi I purchased a galaxy tab s8 ultra on the 1st April got my buds about a week ago still waiting for the disney+ confirmation.Ive contacted customer support about 10 times in total now they havent a clue and also I recieved an email saying they have recieved my trade in item about 3 week ago and I'm still waiting for an update on that.For them being one of the biggest electrical companies in the world there customer support is absolute rubbish.

Same as you.. got my Tab8 1st April & have my buds, but nothing on the Disney boost.
Have contacted Samsung support by chat & they said 28 days.. 35 days ago

All we can do is keep coming on complaining and if this is supposed to be an officially run samsung site you'd think one of the muppet show will respond instead of silence.

There are a load of us elsewhere on the forum all having the same issue. Form submitted, no confirmation, no code, can't resubmit for as IMEI already registered, more than 28 days past and nobody I have spoken to at Samsung seems to have a clue what to do to help.

Same experience for me. Have tried every way possible to contact Samsung and am getting nowhere. The whole Samsung Boosts programme is a shambles - some of "the offers" were already expired when I got my phone. Others say not available in my region (UK). Had a push notification on my phone today saying claim your 12 months Disney+. Thought maybe they have now sorted it out, so filled it in and BOOM!  "IMEI number already submitted".

just another kick in the teeth.
