Quick panel is grey

I stupidly left my phone unlocked around friends and they have messed with my settings that my quick panel and clock screens are grey now. How can I get the blue buttons back? I've always used dark mode so it cant be this.

Maybe bedtime mode is on

Hi. Have you tried checking the Colour palette in the Wallpaper and style settings? It may be that they made changes there.
