It's sad but it's true for a company like samsung dealing with loyal customers this way. I order S22 ultra 512 , S8 ultra 256 , Galaxy watch s4 classic plus some extras like covers all 6 item's tottal. And I have called and emailed many many times I have about 6 tickets numbers about this order . Please is thereany Samsung Rep. To help with this?? Thank you.

Did you choose an online exclusive colour for the Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra ?
I also ordered the Samsung Galaxy Watch⁴ Classic but unfortunately at that time Samsung had low stocks so I sadly had to cancel and buy mine from Argos.
The Samsung Community Forum Team here do not have access to accounts.
You could need to persevere with the Samsung Online Shop Team via firstname.lastname@example.org or phone.

Hi there, no I didn't choose any online exclusive colour, my order was the Burgundy S22 512 ultra. What phone number do you recommend? As I have tried a few without success. Thanks

O8/04/22 still all the same in processing and I know they have stock now as I ask samsung shop and next day delivery if wanted. I call almost every day and only lies and excuses for not send what I paid for £2300 2 months ago, really desapointed with Samsung as i was a big fan and loyal customer in a long time. I can't understand why Samsung or the dispatch team are not sending my stuff???🤔☹️🤯
