I have the s22 ultra and have had most models of galaxy since the original and before that I had Samsung clamshell phones. For the first time ever I am considering moving to Apple. I have had issues with this phone since day one. Call quality is shocking and I lose signal constantly. Often it won't dial out and I have to restart the phone. I took a call on my daughter in laws iPhone earlier and spoke with my son. I speak every day with him but the clarity on the Apple compared to my S22U was on another level. Massively disappointed with this one.

Hi Stevegbee I'm really sad to hear that your device is not working properly I don't have none of this in my s22 plus maybe try contacting Samsung support and they repair the phone for you

The last time I had call quality issues it actually ended up being a problem with my old sim card so my carrier replaced it.

If that doesn't change anything then return phone to Samsung for a replacement/repair as it may be a fault.
