Order delay by months

So i ordered a s22 ultra on 9th February in London.

Was supposed to be delivered on 25th feb, then it changed to 10th march, then 25th march and now 30th march.

I am a youtuber, i planned to review that phone, that money is lost now 

The customer service also is the worst i have ever faced with any company.

Thinking to cancel the order and switch to apple

You can cancel it and be with out a phone and review the iphone 14 in 6 months

I already have a s20, didn't want to leave Samsung. But this customer service is forcing me to think in the direction you are suggesting.

I'm guessing you ordered an exclusive colour and that's the reason?

It's not even exclusive. It's 512gb model in green

Honestly you've waited this long and it can turn up anytime.
I'm the same and waiting for mine.
Think mines been shipped but got no notification or email or anything.
Supposed to be delivered on 10th March. But still holding on

I Ordered mine 10th Feb told 25th Feb then 14th March! All Customer services can say is its delayed no new date I too am thinking over cancelling & moving to Apples after 10yrs. 😡

So obvious by now what is happening with Samsung S22 series phones .. I would not be at all surprised if in time they do a recall of the S22 series that they have allready sent out ...it's going that way ..
That will upset some I know 👍 but something is clearly majorly wrong ! But only Samsung know what it is and they will not tell there customers..not yet anyway .. Samsung are playing for time .. delaying delivery to sort out the problems ..I'm 100% sure Samsung are getting too many returns at this moment in time with same problems

The thing which frustrates me more that people who ordered much later are getting it. My room mate got it
