November update

Me and my missus both got Samsung S22+ and she had received November update 3 days ago whereas my phone is still stuck on October update with no option to upgrade it.
Any idea how to fix the issue? 

UK based phones.

I'm the same. I have the S22ultra model, I also checked online to see when the update was released by Samsung and it's given a date of 18th Nov. I'm with O2 so wether they are draging there heels on it and not releasing it. I know they come out in batche. So I'm over 7days over if it has been released.

I have a z fold 3 and only got the android 13 update a few days ago November patch was with it. My wife owns a s22 ultra 5 g amd had both well over 2 weeks ago we r both on o2.
I was made aware elsewhere on here that network providers can take their own time pushing out updates because they are putting their own twist to things

Are you talking about the One Ui 5 Update or the November Patch update that followed?

Nope, it was the November security update I was talking about, I got the Android 13 Ui.5 software update in October. Some people are mentioning that they have had the November patch already but there appears a lot like me still waiting for the patch.

Aah i see. I'm on EE network, and our latest update came out about 3 days ago.

o2 aren't any good anymore... Probably explains the delay.

I must say, the update seems to be running well so far.
