Notification scroll on lockscreen

With OneUI 5 l, the new lock screen notification layout only allows 2 or 3 full notifications while the rest are mini icons even though half the display is unused. Sure, you can manually open all mini icons to full notifications with a pull down, but I'd like to see this scroll effect without the need to pulling down to open them. Could this be a setting to enable natively or via good lock please?
