My s22 ultra never connects to 5G network.

Since the day one i bought my s22 ultra ( it was pre order ), i never saw the 5G icon up at the network display.

I have vodafone UK contract. 5G compatible plan.
All the settings are enabled for it to connect to 5G, but it doesn't. 
Does anyone know how to fix it? 
Is there anyone else with similar issue?

I get 5G just fine and I am on Vodafone too.

I'm with O2 network and the only time my phone shows the 5G icon is when I lose WiFi connection from my Virgin Media router, which isn't much.

Is your SIM card a 5G compatible one.
Have you checked that Vodafone have everything their end correct
I take it you pre ordered from a UK supplier
I just checked my S22 Ultra as I remembered not seeing 5G on it
Turns out the Network Mode is not set to 5G.
Mind you I don't get 5G in a lot of areas I'm in. Plus 4G+ is often faster

Yes. I just changed the sim and i told them specifically to give me a new 5G compatible sim. Still doesnt work.

My brother has same exact mobile phone and sim card + contract. We live on same house....he has 5G while i don't... its very frustrating.

Yes I'm in Nigeria and I have the same problem. The network provider have been on their to ever since I made this complain to them and they did resolve the 5G problem it works perfectly fine in A73 5g and A53 5g but on my s22ULTRA  I just won't connect to 5G it only stay on LTE
