The S22 ultra I bought on eBay has been used for two weeks. Today, this page pops up for me. What should I do?

Only thing I can think off that might work is.
1, factory Reset.
2, get in touch with Samsung see if can do anything.

I would contact seller as the phone was part of a trade in agreement.
Was it a company or private person.

Never get a cheap phone off eBay, what u see is what you get and then suffer from consequences

Samsung won't help you..

You best option is to contact the seller.. you probably won't get a response therefore you should start a return on eBay.. clearly the person who sold you haven't completed their trade in..

Buying a phone over £100 from eBay is bonkers imo

I wouldn't do a factory reset, you think samsung would be that stupid a factory reset would stop them blocking your phone.

You need to message the guy on ebay asking him if has sent in his phone as part of the upgrade deal which got him the phone he sold you if he has not you need to open a case with ebay against him.
