Although the Goodlock App isn't created by Samsung I agree it wouldn't harm to let them know what's happening via your Samsung Members app.
Double check there's no pending updates too.
On a side note >
Usually the Goodlock App developers update their app software and plug in software to keep working with the Samsung phone's usually when Samsung pish out an update to their own phone's software.
It might be beneficial to contact the Goodlock App developer's too.
You could also delete the app or plug ins and re down load it and or of possible clear the cache of the app in Settings , Apps, choose the app, Storage, Clear Cache @shaun1111
