March 2023 after Microsoft ***** on the app patch tuesday release. OneDrive quit working all togeather.  Crashes on every start!

Tried all there fixes except fully Uninstaller due to the onedrive being preinstalled so all you have is disable option.

Fix your ***** Microsoft and get a real quality control team before releasing ***** fixes that crash the app. Get me back to work or onedrive will be nolonger my choice.

Hi @Onedrive ,

so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with this Microsoft app.  This is usually caused by a corrupted temporary data or a corrupted app file. This normally get fixed performing these steps:

  • Restart the phone.
  • Make sure OneDrive is updated to the latest version from the Google Play Store.
  • Make sure your phone has a good internet connection  (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
  • Clear the cache and data of Microsoft OneDrive from the Settings> Apps> Microsoft OneDrive> Storage> Clear cache and then clear data.
  • Disable the app and re-enable this after restarting the phone from the device Settings> Apps> Microsoft OneDrive> Disable.

If you have tried them all, it may means that an update may be required by the provider. Keep an eye out for this on the Google Play Store during the next days to get this sorted.
