Keyboard Jumping on Samsung S22 Ultra

We have a messaging application that is behaving in a weird way with the Samsung Keyboard on S22 ultra. The device is on OneUI 5.0 and Android 13.

When we press the space bar with a lot of text already typed, it scrolls to the bottom. The cursor remains where it is.  This is very annoying for us and does not happen on any other Samsung phones. It does not even occur on the Swiftkey keyboard or GBoard. Here is the video.

    I am facing a similiar issue with Samsung Galaxy A04E device. We have installed Blackberry Inbox application to view our company's email messages. In certain mail messages, when we reply to this message, the message body area is shown as a large empty rectangle and cursor is nowhere to be found. Anything you type is entered somewhere else. We contacted Blackberry, but they pointed to this article and said that it is issue with Samsung OneUI 5.0 and Android 13. Some people suggested changing to Google Keyboard or someother keyboard. Even that did not help. When would Samsung fix this issue ?
