Can you elaborate a little more please.
Do you want to use a photo etc from your old phone on your new phone as a " screensaver "
Send it to your phone via a text message , email or WhatsApp etc and save it , then use the phone's settings to save that as your screensaver.

Or are you wanting to set up your new phone from a back up you've created on your previous phone.
If you've created a back up via your Samsung Cloud then input your Samsung Account information into the phone when setting up the phone and choose the set up using your previous back up option when your prompted to do so.
You could also hook up the phone's via a cord or connect wirelessley to move information across.
