As a member of the upgrade program, I received my shiny new S22 on Monday. However there is no information regarding the return of my S21 back to Samsung.

No pre packed documentation explaining the next steps and no email correspondence from Samsung.

Is anybody aware of the process and how to move forward.

Hi, give it a few days & Samsung will send you the return package for the device you're trading in.

yes the return packaging will come seperately,can be a few days after you have received your upgrade.
