I was cheated by Samsung offer.

I bought my Samsung s22 with an offer that included the Smart watch 4 and what they sent me was the extreme sport band, I called to complain and they didn't want to help me anywhere, only that they would buy the watch again, nor have they returned the money that I had to pay for it, not even in customer service did they tell me that they were going to open an investigation, that's why I don't buy anything else from Samsung, they are lousy in customer service.

I would suggest to please send a private message to Sam_UK by following the steps in the link below, and we will be able to get this escalated for you. 

That or there should be a complaint Escalation process for Samsung in your region.

i.e in the UK we have an email address > support@samsunguk.zendesk.com
