What needs to be done to claim free Disney+ for 12 months when you buy s22? Also how can I claim for the free Samsung buds?? Please let me know

When I try to log in on the above method for Disney+ it says email already in use if its worked successfully when I tried once before will I get a confirmation email.

I can't get pass the samsung account email, it won't accept my email address

I was told to check if there was a space after the email address, there was on mine and its now accepted it
