It takes 3/4 weeks from the day you submitted your claim. but could take up to 45 days. If you don't receive them within that time, then I suggest contacting Samsung. Mine took 4 weeks to come. You should receive an emails from Samsung promotions and the courier 2/3 days prior delivery.
