I've forgotten my pin and the phone has locked.what can I do?

Try Samsung's find my phone website on a laptop if you did turn it on. Also sometimes you can reset it through Google security settings under devices

If the above doesn't work, you'll have to wipe it.

you might have to completely wipe your phone. It will delete all your pictures and everything so before you wipe it you can find a way to exchange your data to maybe an old phone and send it back but I wouldn't know how. There might be a way though.
