I have yet to hear anyone put up an answer that makes me understand fully why this is the case @Rajsahab. I imagine the ultimate reason is financial?.

Some specifications including Battery for the S23 and S23 Plus published on the FCC Website https://www.mysmartprice.com/gear/samsung-galaxy-s23-fcc-website-launch-specifications/ Launch is expected to be February as in recent years.
