Galaxy S22 Ultra not sn Syncing with Active watches

Anyone who has bought the New Galaxy S22 Ultra and you have a Active watch 2 or 3 it will not sync with phone You have to have the New Active 4 watch was told by Tmobile.. Was not happy about this after I had already bought the phone. Another way to scam more money out of us ...

Any Samsung Watch will sync with a Samsung phone @Godisgood 

I'm not sure why tmobile staff are advising what they are. 🙄

I do not think that advice from TMobile is correct. I have Watch 4 but to get that to connect I had to reset the phone )after backing up first). Have you tried this? It seems a little strange but that is the only way.

My Watch Active would not connect with the phone at all, I've been pulling my hair out for 2 days - resetting the watch 100 times, restarting the phone, installing/uninatalling the Samsung Wearable app - nothing has worked so far!!
