Galaxy S22 series One UI 6.1 update

One UI 6.1 will land on the Galaxy S22 series. However, it's unlikely that the phones will get Galaxy AI features.

If not the Galaxy AI features, the update will bring these features (at least):

• improved single-take mode
• a new long-exposure feature
• colorizing black & white images
• cross-device video editing support
• HDR video support in social apps
• 12MP representative photo using AI upscaling

Samsung hasn't released a timeline for the One UI 6.1 update. However, you can check the Galaxy S22 series One UI 6.1 update tracker to check the progress.

I hope they bring the AI stuff (even just circle to search) to the S22s. It can't be due to older hardware - The S23 FE uses the Exynos 2200 chipset and has all galaxy AI features. The Galaxy S22 series uses the same Exynos 2200 chipset.
Would be scummy of samsung to promise 4 years of updates but cut half the features.

Got galaxy s22 ultra and have been with Samsung for long long time. Not planning to use Ai etc and barely update my phone. BUT I'm with u on this one. If this is not fixed, my next phone will be from Google.
