SO GUYS I GOT A HUGE PROBLEM WITH MY FIRMWARE SINCE GOT HACKED A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO I RLLY NEEED SOMEONE THAT HAVE AN FILE WITH THE NEWEST UPDATE THAT COME'S FROM SAMSUNG IT'S SELF. IF ANY ADMIN OR MODERATOR COULD HELP THE ISSUE PLEASE TEXT OR SEND ME THE FILE WITH THE UPDATE TROUGH

Hi, it's quite difficult to send you the file, but you can download it from sammobile.com (by entering your exact model) and you will also need the Odin application downloaded onto your pc so you can upload the latest firmware to your device.
But how did you got hacked??
It is very difficult to happen unless you allowed it...

Idk bro i just tried to conect one day on the phone but got some problems with the phone and wont work as it did a day before, so i took it from where i've bought it they gave me an app to download and now the whole thing is been acting as i am an user and someone else is the owner of my whole data and info

Create an account, it's free and it's not such a thing.
The file that you're going to download it's about 7gb and with free download(slow speed) will take you few hours to download the file...
There is no other way my friend.

If your device is enterprise (corporate) then the IT is the "owner" of your device.
You bought it new? You took it to a samsung repair shop?

Don't, it's the most reliable site for samsung, and it has the official firmware, that's why they ask all that information.
