I havnt changed any settings on my email address and I'm now not able to send anything.

It says 'password or authentication method may be incorrect. Check your outgoing server settings and try again' 

The online support is terrible. 

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi there, @Jamie010490. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a problem sending emails on your phone.

Which Emails app are you using, please? Furthermore, have you checked with your email provider that all details are correct on its side (e.g. that there are no server issues, and that you are able to access web-based email via its site)?

Occasionally something similar happens to mine @Jamie010490 

My workaround is to go into the accounts section in my phone and delete the email account and then re enter the email and password.

Hi did you get sorted to send enails mine is doing exactly the same thing receive emails but cant send 😕
