I ordered my S22 on 4th March and am unable to claim the advertised 12th month Disney subscription- there isn't even a tab for it as a choice. I speak to Samsung chat and they keep telling me there is a technical issue with it - they put me through to technical who leave a message saying we are busy try later! Can anyone help?

Yeah there does seem to be an issue currently just now.
Your best bet is to leave it until later on or next day.
The site could be in the process of alterations

I had a similar issue. I had to uninstall disneyplus and reinstall it before claiming th offer.
