Disney plus redeem

Hi all.

I know this has been posted before & I have read the posts but I still cannot get to the part where I get a code etc..

I log in,click on the disney bit,then have to log in again & this carries on forever.

What am I doing wrong?

On second thoughts, I was too hard on him. It wasn't his fault, it was the other person not doing what she said she would & Samsung making what should an easy code redemption very hard and frustrating.
