Disney plus redeem

Hi all.
I know this has been posted before & I have read the posts but I still cannot get to the part where I get a code etc..
I log in,click on the disney bit,then have to log in again & this carries on forever.
What am I doing wrong?

@Mollymay  We have a few tips to help you get this working!

First of all, are you using Google Chrome to access the Boost website to claim your offer?

Heres a link you might want to try-

Please try using the above link in Google Chrome if possible.

Also, make sure you are logged into your Samsung account on your phone by going to Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts.

Update
Had a call from someone (Paul,I think) says from Samsung wanted remote access to my phone. Didn't give it.
So went through clearing chrome data( losing my settings!) Then asked to sign in.
Tried many times but kept looping as I tried to sign in.
So he said he will get it sent to someone higher & expect a call.
Now the person I talked to previously said THEY would do this &I said not to call as I cannot use my phone at work. She said she has put a note on the case ,not to call !
Does anyone at Samsung listen & do what they say?! Obviously not
